When scheduling the inspection we need:

Any special concerns you may have.

Clients who cannot attend the inspection must pre-arrange payment. A $25 fee is charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled inspection. For your convenience, our phones are answered from 8 AM to 10 PM. You can also leave a message.)
